Thank you for choosing to purchase courses with us. We are committed to providing a positive and rewarding learning experience, whether you're engaging in instructor-led or self-paced training. Please review our Refund Policy below, which outlines the terms and conditions applicable to your course purchase. By purchasing a course, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy.

For Self-Paced Learning Courses:

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing the course.

  • Consume less than 25% of the learning content.

  • Not have requested any exam vouchers or kits.

Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

For Instructor-Led Training Courses:

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing the course.

  • Consume less than 25% of the learning content.

  • Not have attended more than one (1) live online class.

  • Not have requested any exam vouchers or kits.

Refund requests that do not meet all these requirements will not be accepted.

For University Partnered Programs / Bootcamps:

To qualify for a refund, you must submit your refund request within 7 days from the start date of the class (Live or Recorded). This applies whether you attended the class or not. Refund requests made outside of this window will not be accepted.

For Instructor-Led Training and University Partnered Programs, Simplilearn reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class/session due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, Simplilearn will reschedule any canceled sessions.

For IIT Bombay, ePGD in IC Design in Practice: Please refer to the refund policy specific to this program here.

Cancellation & Refunds: For CSM, CSPO, PSM, PSPO Programs:

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class/session due to unavoidable circumstances or change the location of a class, if applicable. To qualify for a refund:

  • You must not have attended any classes.

  • You must submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing the course.

Refund Request Process:

  • If the purchase quantity is one, you can initiate the refund request from the “My Orders” section by clicking on “Initiate Refund” for the relevant course.

  • If the purchase quantity is more than one, please reach out to our support team through the Help & Support section on the website.

Refunds for Duplicate Payments:

If you have made a duplicate payment, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 working days after your request is submitted.

Simplilearn reserves the right to revise this policy at any time without prior notice.
